The evening is geared towards Sunday school-aged kids, however all are welcome to enjoy a time of fellowship. No need to bring anything!

What to expect:

• If you’re bringing bread, soup or dessert, you will drop it off in the cafeteria before service. We’ll keep the soup warm. Please bring a labelled ladle.

• If you could label your bread, soup or dessert and also write the ingredients for our dietary-restricted folks - that would be most helpful.

• We’ll take care of soup bowls, plates, utensils, etc.

YOUTH EVENT: Youth Worship nights are a great way to see God work through our hearts and minds as we come together in search for what He has for us. Come join us and other young people as we sing, move, and pray together! It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with one another, share our faith, lift each other up and watch God move. Let’s go!

A POV photoshoot & welcoming new people to New Life with snacks after church. Food and fun!

What is a POV Photoshoot?
POV (Point of View) cameras allow NLFers to document their perspective and share unique moments from their own vantage point with their own phone. Kind of like a disposable camera from back in the day. What is needed? No app required, you just scan the QR code with your phone and start taking photos. But with any good disposable camera, you have a limited amount of shots so take care to take the photos that mean the most to you.

Welcome to the Family, what’s your name again? This event is inspired by all the new faces we’ve seen at New Life but yet don’t feel like we’ve gotten to know. We invite you to stay after church for some refreshments. Enjoy snacks and hot beverages as we connect and share in fellowship. Name tags may appear.

Join us for a Youth Service Night dedicated to helping those in need in our community and the world around us. Afterwards, we’ll gather at Greg and Shelagh’s home to unwind and connect around a warm bonfire. This is a wonderful opportunity to bond with friends while giving back.

Join us for a High School Bible Study starting September 17th from 7-9 PM at Greg & Meagen’s house, held every other week. This study will focus on growing our knowledge and relationship with Jesus through scripture, prayer, and relationships with one another. We'll be studying Christian apologetics to understand our faith in Jesus as well as how we understand what others believe. And we’ll also be exploring Romans and encouraging open discussions that foster real-life application of God's word. Whether you're looking to deepen your understanding of the Bible or simply connect with peers, we invite you to be part of this journey together.

Youth Group kicks off on September 13th at a new location! Join us for an exciting evening filled with fun activities, delicious food, spiritual growth and the chance to connect with friends. The teen years can be tough but with friends to walk alongside you it makes it bearable and dare, I say, fun! We’d love for you to join the excitement—invite your friends and come ready for a great time!

NLF is having a church picnic at Kiwanis Park where we can eat, swim, and play. There will be a shelter to picnic under, the pool to cool off in and there’s a playground for the kids.

Bring your own food and we’ll supply the drinks and dessert. We’ve reserved the Beachside Shelter which is to the left of the pools.

Cost: Child Admission (0-17): $4.42 per guest

Adult Admission (18-54): $6.62 per guest

Senior Admission (55+): $4.42 per guest

Family Admission: $15.06

There is an option to pay at the gate when you arrive or pay one week ahead (click here & search "Kiwanis". Click desired swim time) to make sure you reserve your spot.

Join us for a splash-tastic time at our Year-end Youth Group Pool Party! Get ready to make a big splash, hang out with your friends and make some new ones, and enjoy some good eats. So grab your swimsuit and towel, and come on down!

Students are requested to bring a dessert or snack to share, while NLF will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, and salads.

Grade 6 students entering grade 7 in September 2024-2025 are invited to join us!

We are looking forward to celebrating a great year of volunteering with you! All Children’s Ministry volunteers and their families are invited to join us June 2nd for a BBQ at Siderman. The only thing you need to bring are lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on.

Are you looking for a fun and healthy way to spend some time after church? Why not bring a lunch, have a little tailgate and go for a hike afterwards?

Hiking is a great way to get some exercise, enjoy nature, and recharge your batteries with great people. You can enjoy some delicious food, cold drinks, and great company while basking in the afterglow of another great sermon…well, at least there’s great company.

Join us for our upcoming Sunday Potluck event! Please bring a homemade or purchased dish to share (for example: salad, entrée, rice/potatoes, dessert). This is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and try some delicious homemade/purchased dishes from others. This church likes to eat so don’t count on leftovers!

No registration is necessary. Please bring serving utensils that are labelled with your name on it. It would also be helpful to label your dish if it is vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free (Veg - GF - DF).

There will only be plates for this event so please don’t bring soups or something that needs a bowl.
